We specialise in private M&A transactions for sell side i.e. working with the management of a company. We have considerable experience and can offer strategic insight along with practical support on how a sell-side process actually works and the steps that need to be taken to be successful. We are able to leverage an extensive network of relationships and a wide-ranging understanding of the Information, Communication and Technology landscape. We also have significant operational experience, which we believe makes us more understanding of our client's position and also makes us somewhat unique.
